![]() If you don't like or are easily offended, best thing to do is not watch the show. If you are ok with it, the action especially will blow your mind. And while even in the pilot you get a chase scene that is quite incredible in its use of special effects (watch the making of if you have the box set), there is one particular fight that sets new standards on what is possible on TV. Talking about Season 3 Episode 3 with a fight I didn't know I wanted or needed, but I enjoyed in a way that is difficult to describe in words. There are strands in the story that get put to the side - forgotten. Characters are not all entirely resolved and other smaller things you might have questions about. But this is nitpicking, because the thing it sets out to do (entertain us), it achieves quite easily. It is set in reality but is quite hyper real - it's above and beyond other things. If you are not convinced yet, I don't know what else you need to hear (the international cast is spot on too) Generally speaking it also defies expectations - in a good way. That's probably not my last comment about this tremendous TV show which reminds me ROAD HOUSE, WALKING TALL and some other stuff on this basic scheme: country side action and crime story. For the rest, that's a typical new series where you will find nothing you may purchase in big screen pictures, about characters development - of course, you have more space and time to do it - and daring screenplay schemes, violence at a rate that, in for most cinema made films, it would be Parents Guidance rated. ![]() In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands notices Peter’s increasing reality checks, and Bert from the Netherlands suggests checking out the new Apple TV + series Severance.
